About us

Founded in 1963, Biagio Turbos is a 100% Brazilian company, which has its own innovative solutions for the development of turbos. With specific projects for each type of application, the development follows according to the requirements of the market, the characteristics, and conditions of use of the engine.

With a structure capable of producing internally all the main components, Biagio stands out in the national and international scenario as a solid company, due to the control of the whole manufacturing process that guarantees the quality of its products.

Currently, the company has a total area of 42,000m², and invests constantly in technology to innovate and offer the best products to the market.

In the development line of Biagio there are exhaust manifolds, wastegate valves, automotive turbo kits, and turbos for the automotive lines: trucks, buses, pick-ups, tractors, earthmoving machines, harvesters, industrial motors, generators, marine, among others.

Our story

1963

In 1963, Mr. Biagio Dell'Agli began his activities in the field of diesel engines as an injection pump technician, thus undertaking the beginning of the company's history that later would take his name.

1979

In the year of 1979, his workshop performed the first turbo installation, adapting the system in an engine that there was no application for it, so-called "torch engine".

1981

In order to meet the market demand, it began producing turbocharging kits in 1981 with some national and imported turbos.

1997

In 1997 Biagio Turbos brand appeared which came with the production of the first turbo produced by the company.

1998

With the help of FINEP, an organ of the Brazilian government that finances projects, in 1998 Biagio won its first patent, TUNA - Turbo Nacional (NATU - National Turbo), with the first project 100% developed in Brazil.

2009

Following the evolution of the market, and concerned about environmental protection, Biagio Turbos launches in 2009 its Premium line, turbos that help reduce the emission of pollutants and contribute to fuel economy.

2015

Innovating once again, Biagio produces the turbocharging kit for touring cars in 2015. The revolutionary E-Drive kit is an option for those who want to increase the power of their car without making major changes.

2017

Advancing in the market, Biagio launches its line of marine turbos in 2017, thus putting more than 50 years of development at the disposal of the vessels.

2018

In 2018, Biagio expands its area of activity, entering the construction and agricultural market, with the HDM line. Still in this year, it also develops the category of automotive turbos, increasing the already existing portfolio, developing turbos of Upgrades for turbo-charged vehicles from factory, in addition to launch the wastegate valve.

In 2018 Biagio achieved 55 years of hard work, dedication, innovation and technology, since the beginning of its work in 1963, its goal has always been to deliver the best product to the customer.
Thus, it has conquered many markets both nationally and in different continents around the world.

Countries like Argentina, Paraguay, Chile, Uruguay, Guatemala, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Venezuela, Guyana, the United States, Canada, some African, Middle Eastern and European countries among others, receive the same turbos directly from the factory marketed in Brazil, in addition to having specific turbos in case of countries with high altitude.
